How long does shipping take?
Standard domestic orders typically arrive within 3-5 business days. International shipping times vary by location, generally taking 7-14 business days.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return window for unworn items in their original packaging with all tags attached. Please note that limited-release sneakers may be final sale.
Are your products authentic?
Yes, CNCPTS guarantees 100% authenticity on all footwear, apparel, and accessories. We source directly from authorized brand partners.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and interest-free installment options via Klarna and Afterpay.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Once an order is placed, it is processed immediately to ensure fast delivery. Therefore, we are unable to cancel or modify orders once they are confirmed.
Do you restock sold-out items?
Most of our curated collections and limited collaborations do not restock. We recommend signing up for our newsletter to be notified of future drops.
