At CNCPTS, we strive to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase, offering a 14-day return window for eligible footwear, apparel, and accessories. Please note that all limited-release items and items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original, undamaged packaging, ensuring all tags and authenticity cards are included.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy until your refund is processed.
